4x Illinois agility test
The only one I timed I came in  ~13.5

4x 3 cone drill
4x Linear W sprint
4x Lateral W Slide
4x 5x10x5's
Cool Down and Stretch


PM -Plyos

Warm up
3 Sets of the following - 5 minute break

1 minute lateral speed skater
20x Lunge Jumps
10x Box Jumps
10X Burpees
Cool Down and stretch
